Dr. Avi Luvchik
CEO & Co-Founder
With a strong focus on innovation in the vibrant Israeli climate-tech arena, In the past 10 years, Avi has made pre-seed investments in dozens of early-stage high-tech companies and brought them to fruition. Dr. Luvchik serves as an advisor and Board Member in various companies in the field of climate tech and sustainability in Israel and in international companies. ​ In addition, Avi worked as an environmental engineer at Intel, focusing on mathematical modeling, air permits, climate change, and sustainability programs. Avi has been awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Imperial College London, where as part of his research, he focused primarily on mathematical and atmospheric models for renewable energy systems

Amit Foox
VP Business Development
Amit brings a nearly twenty-year track record of building and leading successful business programs for start-up companies. With a diverse and rich background in worldwide activities, Amit adds a broad base of commercialization expertise from responsibilities in marketing research, business development, marketing & sales, and general management. Prior to his current position, Amit worked in a climate change venture capital fund that specializes in climate tech early-stage start-up companies as a business development manager.

Leehee Goldenberg
VP Policy & Regulation
Leehee is a lawyer and policy professional specializing in the legal and regulatory aspects of energy, infrastructure, climate change and resource governance. With 20 years of experience in policy and cross-sectoral collaboration, she has led successful partnerships and coalitions with government ministers, senior regulators, governmental stakeholders, municipalities as well as civil society and the private sector. As a senior lawyer and litigator she led some of the most important environmental lawsuits of the last decade: successfully secured amendments to the government's road map for the offshore natural gas industry; prevented the expansion of the oil refinery in Haifa; limited the industrial use of Dead Sea water and led to the approval of the National Energy Efficiency Plan.

Head of Environment & Climate Change Herzog Fox & Neeman
Ruth Dagan is a senior partner and head of the Environment and Climate Change Practice at Law Firm Herzog Fox & Neeman. She also advises the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) Secretariat Legal Affairs Division on Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, in relation to carbon markets and cooperative implementation. An environment and climate change law practitioner in Tel-Aviv and New York for over two decades, she holds a doctorate from NYU's School of Law specializing in Environmental Policy and Climate Finance, with a concentration in emissions trading. She is deeply focused on sustainability-related regulation (CSRD, SFDR, Green Taxonomy), climate-related technological innovation, development of carbon offsetting projects and carbon market transactions. Working closely with a multitude of international corporations, tech companies, financial institutions and investors to develop curated carbon strategies tailored to their unique needs and targets. A firm believer in markets, Ruth is involved in both national and international forums developing carbon market tools and policies.
